We are so excited that you are considering Alt Salon as your new go-to salon. Please take a moment to read throughout policies and pricing structure.

We are a cashless Salon. We accept all major credit cards.

New Hair clients are encouraged to fill out our Virtual Consultation Form. This helps us pair you with the stylist that best suits your hair goals. If you are ready to jump in and make an appointment you can Book Online. Please be aware that our stylists may reach out to you to make sure or clarify your appointment or ask you to come in for an in person consultation.

We are team oriented and want to ensure that you are paired with the best stylist possible so if you would like to try another stylist in the salon your next visit, please don’t hesitate. We may recommend you see a lower-level stylists when coming in for maintenance appointments to help keep your appointments budget friendly. It is not unusual for our guests to see multiple stylists within the salon.

We guarantee our work! We are happy to make adjustments if you are not completely satisfied with your service. Please notify us with in 7 days after receiving your service. Adjustments must be made by the initial stylist. Adjustments do not include additional lightening or change of goal direction.

We have stylists ranging from New Talent to 16+ years experience. Our goal is to always ensure that you are getting the best quality service possible. Meet our stylists here.

New skin care clients are required to fill out a Skin Care Intake Form.

At Alt Salon, we do not have a front desk. At the time of your appointment, you are more than welcome to come on in and have a seat and help yourself to a drink from our mini fridge that is placed in our seating area. You will be greeted either by an assistant or by your stylist once they are ready for you. Once you are established with your stylist you are more than welcome to reach out to them directly to change or book and future appointments.
