Nail Service Policy

1. Foreign Fills and New Guests:

• Clients with existing nail enhancements from another salon ("foreign fills") must undergo a soak off before receiving a new set of enhancements at our salon. This policy ensures the best application and longevity of our services.

• New guests are required to book a new set of nail enhancements. This allows our technicians to assess and provide the best possible service from the beginning.

2. Returning Guests:

• Returning guests must book a fill appointment within 3 weeks of their last appointment to maintain their current nail enhancements. Failure to do so may result in the need for a soak off and a new set of enhancements to be applied, subject to additional charges.

3. Soak Off Policy:

• To avoid a soak off fee, returning or new guests may choose to soak off their current enhancements at home before their appointment for a new set.

4. Pricing Disclaimer:

• Our nail pricing is a starting rate and may vary depending on the technician's expertise and experience.
