Hourly Pricing Model

Alt Salon’s hourly pricing model is a new, hassle-free way of presenting the cost of your services and eliminating the guesswork when checking out at the end of your appointment. You’ll no longer have to worry about things like the fluctuating cost of color based on the amount of coverage needed on your hair — or the final cost of your appointment after adding fees and gratuities. We’ve included all of that into the personalized prices of each of our talented stylists. You let us worry about allocating the cost of the service back to the stylists, product costs, and the salon. That way you can focus more of your attention on achieving your desired look — or just catching up with your favorite stylist ;)

We understand that this model may be confusing or just different from what you’re used to — change is hard! But like the ever-changing trends and styles of the hair industry, sometimes business models change too. Rest assured that we did a thorough assessment of the hourly model when considering this change, and spoke to many other salon owners in town who use a similar pricing structure. With more and more salons around the world moving to an hourly pricing model, we decided now was the time for us to make this move. Please don’t hesitate to bring up any of your questions or concerns with your stylist before your appointment so that we can help you navigate your best booking options and preferences.
