Cancellation Policy


We would like to thank all of our clients for making Alt Salon such an in demand salon! As a result, everything we do is by appointment. Please understand that our time is valuable, so when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. A credit card will be required to be on file to book an appointment.

Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period after the originally scheduled appointment time. After that time, we will call to check in. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. If you are needing to reschedule an appointment, please contact the salon before closing time the day prior to your appointment. Same-day cancellations, last minute reschedules, and no-call/no-shows will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service dollar amount for which your appointment was scheduled. This fee will be automatically charged at the end of the day to the card saved on file and will be non-refundable.

As a courtesy, we do call, text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policy!
